seriously, and we do our best every day to make sure our customers experience

personal information is being gathered by wristSpirit and how is this
information being used?
User
Registration
When you register with wristSpirit you provide your name, telephone number,
e-mail address, a unique log-in name and a password. This information is
collected on the registration form for several reasons including personal
identification and to personalize the wristSpirit site for your account. In
addition, your e-mail address is collected to send you an e-mail messages
confirming your new member registration and any confirmation of orders you
place. You may optionally choose to be sent emails from wristSpirit on special
offers or announcements. You may always decline to receive these e-mail

Account Information
wristSpirit customers can enter billing and shipping address information to use
to process orders. This information can be changed at any time.
Online Surveys
wristSpirit values opinions and comments from members, so we occasionally
conduct online surveys. These surveys are entirely optional for all customers.
Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to
wristSpirit.com and to develop appealing content, features and promotions for
our customers. We also use this to gauge the quality of our customer
service and to make improvements to better serve our customers. Survey
participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.
Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on
your computer's hard drive. wristSpirit uses cookies to manage the process flow
through the web site when placing orders, but we do not persist cookie
information.
IP Addresses
wristSpirit collects IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers,
for system administration, and to track general site usage.
Who will the information be shared with, if
anyone?
We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information
to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.
wristSpirit works directly with fundraising organizations and allows them to
sell bracelets through our web site, and customers can opt to have us provide
their name and addresses to the organization to whom they contribute or they
can choose to not have us disclose any information to such organizations.
Opt Out Policy
At any time you can notify wristSpirit that you no longer wish to receive
e-mail notifications of specials and other information. To do so, please
send an email to
info@wristSpirit.com stating your preference.
How can you
access, update or correct your information?
At any time, you can view and/or update your account information through the
"My Account" link on
www.wristSpirit.com.
What safeguards are in place to
protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information?
All information you provide to wristSpirit is transmitted using SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser
automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. In addition,
we encrypt all sensitive customer information in our data storage.
What other information should I know about
my privacy?
You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and
any account information. Please be very careful, responsible, and alert
with this information, especially whenever you're online.
wristSpirit may
disclose member information if required to do so by law, court order, as
requested by other government or law enforcement authority.
wristSpirit will never ask customers to disclose confidential personal,
confidential, or financial information via email. When customers connect
to the wristSpirit web site, they should verify our sites identity by clicking
on the SSL Secured icon (this usually appears as padlock icon) and viewing
our site certificate details. If this icon does not appear when you are
entering personal information, or the certificate is not valid, customers
should not input any information and should contact wristSpirit by phone or
email immediately.
This policy is effective as of January 14, 2005. Any material changes in the
way wristSpirit uses personal information will be described in future versions
of this Privacy Statement. Of course, you may always submit concerns regarding
